Gray’s Academy is me, Diane Gray, and I offer private tuition in Maths and Physics at A level and GCSE.

I provide one to one tuition in Oswestry and within a 20 mile radius, covering Shropshire, Wrexham and Mid Wales.

Maths and Physics tuition at A Level and GCSE

Lessons are usually one hour each week, at your home.

If you do not live nearby, lessons via Skype are available.

My Tutoring Experience

Since 2010 I have tutored a wide variety of students of varying abilities.

I have taught Maths at A level and GCSE, for all exam boards, and Physics at GCSE, A level and International Baccalaureate (standard level).

My Tutoring Background

I studied physics at Oxford University, gaining a BA, then remained at Oxford to do research for 4 years and received a Doctorate in Atmospheric Physics.

I worked in the computing industry before taking an extended maternity break.

More recently I worked at Techniquest in Wrexham, developing and presenting science shows and workshops to a wide variety of audiences.

I originally trained as a secondary school science teacher but decided teaching in a school environment was not for me, and went on to become a full-time private tutor.
